How to book:

BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS
Monday - Saturday 10am - 2pm.
Sundays & Bank Holidays closed.

BOX OFFICE BOOKINGS
You can book advance tickets in person or by telephone (01458 442846) during Box Office opening hours. In addition, the box office is open for an hour before a 7.30pm or 8pm show or film screening exclusively for ticket transactions for that day’s event. Please arrive in plenty of time if you need to collect tickets or wish to buy tickets for the evening, as all our live events and films start at the advertised time (no trailers/adverts) and you may have to queue at the box office on a busy night.

ONLINE BOOKING
Go to the home page and scroll down to your chosen event where you will find the “Book Now” link, which will take you to the NEAT online ticketing site.

• Log in first, that saves time before payment as tickets are only held for 15mins
• Then go to your chosen show
• Select the full price tickets (but don’t “add to basket” yet)
• Then select the concession you want and the seating plan will reload itself
• Select the seats you want under that concession
• When you see all the seats at the correct prices in the box on the left, then click on ‘add to basket’
• And then go to check out (if you only wish to book for just the one event) or click on “Productions” to book for other events.

It is currently not possible to book online for groups of over 9 persons or patrons requiring wheelchair spaces. Please contact the box office if you would like further advice.

Strode Theatre gift vouchers make a lovely present for all film and theatre lovers. Vouchers come in various denominations down to 50p, and can be used as payment for any film/theatre tickets sold at the Strode Theatre Box Office (i.e. excluding events for which organisers sell their own tickets, like some Crispin School performances and Wells Cathedral School Big Band). For purchases of vouchers to the value of £10 or more, we’ll throw in a complimentary Strode Theatre greetings card, too.

Our vouchers are available only from the Strode Theatre Box Office, either in person or over the phone.

Please note that we cannot accept external theatre vouchers in payment at Strode Theatre!
